Returns & Refunds Policy

We stand behind the quality of our equipment. If your PuckPro unit arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the unit is unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
